By accessing or using SLOFIN (available at slofin.tech and slofin.pages.dev), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Disclaimer in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately stop using the platform.

These terms apply to all users — free, registered, and Pro subscribers. Your continued use of the platform after any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

SLOFIN is a financial data aggregation and visualization platform. It is not a financial advisor, broker, dealer, investment advisor, or any other type of regulated financial service.

All content on SLOFIN — including but not limited to price data, charts, signals, AI analysis, analyst ratings, economic indicators, risk scores, and any other market information — is provided strictly for informational and educational purposes only.

• Nothing on this platform constitutes a buy, sell, or hold recommendation for any asset
• AI-generated analysis is automated and does not account for your personal financial situation
• Past performance shown is not indicative of future results
• Signal indicators, scores, and ratings are algorithmic and carry no guarantee of accuracy
• Options, dark pool, and short interest data shown may be illustrative and not real-time
• Crypto, forex, and commodity markets are highly volatile and may move against any analysis

Always consult a qualified and licensed financial advisor before making any investment or trading decisions. You are solely responsible for all financial decisions you make.

SLOFIN aggregates data from third-party providers including CoinGecko, Finnhub, and others. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any data displayed on the platform.

• Prices may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable due to API limitations
• Market data may differ from data provided by exchanges or brokers
• Economic calendar dates and forecasts are sourced from third parties and may change
• AI responses are generated by third-party AI models and may contain errors or hallucinations
• The platform may experience downtime, data gaps, or service interruptions at any time

SLOFIN makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or completeness of any data on the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SLOFIN and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

This includes, without limitation:

• Financial losses, trading losses, or investment losses of any kind
• Losses resulting from reliance on any data, signal, or AI analysis on the platform
• Losses due to platform downtime, data errors, or service interruptions
• Any damages arising from unauthorized access to your account
• Indirect or consequential losses even if SLOFIN was advised of the possibility of such damages

Your use of SLOFIN is entirely at your own risk. You acknowledge that financial markets carry inherent risk and that no tool or platform can predict market movements reliably.

By using SLOFIN, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
• You will not use the platform in any jurisdiction where such use is prohibited by law
• You are solely responsible for any financial decisions you make while using this platform
• You will not attempt to misuse, reverse engineer, or exploit the platform in any way
• You will keep your account credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized access
• You understand that market data and AI analysis are tools, not guarantees

SLOFIN Pro is a paid subscription at €7.99/month. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges until you cancel.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds
• We reserve the right to modify Pro pricing with 30 days' notice to registered users
• Refunds are issued at our sole discretion and only in exceptional circumstances
• We are not responsible for failed payments due to issues with your payment provider

SLOFIN collects minimal personal data required to operate the service. When you register, we store your email address, watchlist, alerts, and subscription status via Supabase.

• We do not sell your personal data to third parties
• Authentication is handled securely via Supabase (SOC 2 compliant)
• Price alert data is stored in your browser locally and in your account
• We use no advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies
• You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us

By registering, you consent to receiving transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset). You will not receive unsolicited marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in.

All content, design, code, branding, and features of SLOFIN are the intellectual property of SLOFIN and its operators. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without express written permission.

Market data is sourced from third-party providers and remains their intellectual property. AI-generated content is produced by third-party models and is subject to their respective terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from your use of SLOFIN shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Slovak Republic. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

Continued use of SLOFIN after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. If you disagree with the revised terms, you must stop using the platform.
